Hub Cities Consortium is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to qualified proposers to administer and operate Youth Centers in the Los Angeles County Workforce Investment Area. The Youth Centers will provide Workforce Investment Act youth Program Services to Out-of-School Youth residing in the respective area.

RFP’s may be picked up in person Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM beginning May 1st, 2008 at Hub Cities Consortium or may be downloaded here.
