1. Ages 16 to 21 years
2. Reside in one of the areas: Cudahy, Huntington Park,Lynwood, Maywood, and South Gate
3. A citizen or eligible non-citizen
4. From a low-income family
5. Finally, youth in our program also must fall into at least one of the categories listed below:
   • Pregnant or parent
   • School dropout
   • Requires additional assistance to complete school
   • Homeless, run away, or foster child
   • Offender
   • Trouble with reading, writing, or math
